PROGRAM STRUCTURE INCLUDES:

INITIAL CONSULTATION    * Receive outline of key information and choose Key areas that are your highest priority

SECOND CONSULTATION * Receive key “BUILDING A BIGGER ENGINE”  

  (1 WEEK LATER) booklet and 6 week program.
                                                   * Organize a training session

THIRD CONSULTATION      * Review program and make any adjustments

   (6 WEEKS LATER)              * Receive any “KEY” booklet of interest 
                                                * Organize a training session
                                                * Receive new 6 week program

FOURTH CONSULTATION * Review Program and make any adjustments
   (12 WEEKS LATER)              * Receive any “KEY” booklet of interest

 

NOTE  * 1 training Mountain Bike tuition per six week block
            * Some “KEYS” require training tuition sessions on the bike
            * Extra skills and race tuition available via appointment
            * Strength and Conditioning programs (mountain bike specific)
